My team at Otherwise was tasked with building the brand for 1400 Monroe, a new condominium development in Chicago’s West Loop. As always, we started with a comprehensive strategy that included a deep dive into the neighborhood and competitive landscape research. Our findings led to a minimalist, simple name and visual identity, keeping the desirable location on Monroe Street the focus of the brand.
My role then transitioned to managing print and digital creative executions. This involved the content and production of the website, and managing the production of print assets, including billboards, direct mail, and a beautifully crafted collateral kit.
