As Wheeling’s newest luxury apartment development, ONE relied on the Otherwise team to spread awareness of the project through a creative campaign. After developing a strategy based on competitive landscape research, we delivered creative concepts centered around momentum and the energy of their brand.
Once the creative was established, my role was creating the marketing and media budget from the ground up, including digital, print, and environmental ads. I kept everything organized and on budget (and went crazy color-coding some spreadsheets), while also overseeing social media and blog efforts.
